Join Our Recipe Challenge!

Looking for some cooking inspiration? Feeling motivated and creative? Or maybe you’re already a confirmed foodie and want to share your love of food while learning about the benefits. You are in the right place!

Recipe Challenge

Each month we are going to be making a video of a recipe submitted by one of our followers.

You can find inspiration from the veggies we’ll be talking about each week like this one in our Veggies of the Week. Maybe you have your own recipe to submit. Whatever the case, we’ll be choosing our favourite one each month to make a video to share with you.

We would like to challenge each and every one of you to choose a month this year, use all the veggies from that month to create your recipe. Do you make it into a stew, do you steam them? What else do you add? Do you turn it into a healthy smoothie?


We’d love to hear from you! Tell us a little bit about you and why you wanted to do the challenge. Why do you like the recipe you made?
