The immune system relies on many nutrients to do its job. This program has been intentionally designed to include a wide variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to support the immune system. Those key nutrients that are so important include vitamins A, C, E, zinc and selenium. It’s a 7 day meal plan, including healthy snacks. It doesn’t mean cooking everyday, but making sure you have enough to support a healthy immune system.
