You can find inspiration from the veggies we’ll be talking about each week like this one in our Veggies of the Week. Maybe you have your own recipe to submit. Whatever the case, we’ll be choosing our favourite one each month to make a video to share with you.
We would like to challenge each and every one of you to choose a month this year, use all the veggies from that month to create your recipe. Do you make it into a stew, do you steam them? What else do you add? Do you turn it into a healthy smoothie?
